Multifamily Man #3 - Defining the term "Value Add"

Welcome back to the Multifamily Man Podcast hosted by Angelo Webb!  in this episode Angelo is talking about a topic that has been on the lips of lots of people, including Real Wealth Academy Members, and that term is Value Add.  For those in the know, this is a phrase used in the commercial and multifamily investing arena and it is kind of like a treasure or precious gem.  The problem with attractive ideas, though, is that they can be romanticized or enhanced in such a way that people start "finding" them all over the place.  So tune in and get your notebook and pencil out.
